I'm not even sure WHAT this is.
This was inspired late at night -- or early in the morning, I can't remember -- by thinking about the Dark Brotherhood and Black Hand of Oblivion. They're known for their cold-blooded members, contracts and killings... But not for the sadness they endure -- i.e. Purifying the Sanctuary (Yes I know that only happened twice -- three times if the player goes ahead with it -- but that's not the point) and members becoming insane and having to be dealt with (I remember Gogron Gro-Bolmog saying at one point that he had seen Lucien ''deal'' with a member who had broken one of the Five Tenets).
This... thing, a poem of a sort, I suppose, is... Well, put it together with the Instrumental ''One Eye Open'' by Hal Goldstein -- Can be found here: [link] -- and you get what comes to my mind when I think of the more depressing side of the Dark Brotherhood.
